Optional practices to prepare for the start of the season. This is a great opportunity to learn flip turns, refine a stroke or try a new dive. Swim 8U - 6:00 - 6:45 p.m. 10U - 6:45 - 7:30 p.m. 12U - 7:30 - 8:15 p.m. 14U/16U/18U - 8:15 - 9:00 p.m. Dive 8U - 6:45 - 7:30 p.m. 10U - 6:00 - 6:45 p.m. 12U - 8:15 - 9:00 p.m. 14U/16U/18U - 7:30 - 8:15 p.m. |
