HALLBROOK COUNTRY CLUB

Your child MUST BE signed up to swim or dive at a meet. If they do not sign up, they will NOT be allowed to swim and/or dive at the meet. It is important to declare your swimmer and/or diver whether your child is attending or not. You must declare your intent by Sunday by 8pm for the dive or swim meet occurring the next week. The instructions are slightly different for a swimmer and diver so please follow each below carefully.

SWIM MEETS
To declare a swimmer for meets, please do the following: Login to your account (upper right corner) https://hallbrookhurricanes.swimtopia.com

• Click on Calendar and scroll down to the Swim Meet for which you would like to declare attendance. There are four that you must complete. 
• NOTE-Make sure you are selecting the Swim Meet and not the Dive Meet 
• Click on the Green Meet Entry button to the right of the event
  You should see your children’s names
• Click on the Red Edit button at bottom of page
• You will see a drop down menu next to your child's name. You will change that from undeclared to either "not attending this meet" or "attending this meet".
• The next option is availability for relays. You will select one of 3 options - arriving late, not available for early relays, leaving early not available for late relays, or available for all relays. We recommend being available for all relays to give your swimmer a chance to swim the most events possible.
• If you would like to suggest your child swim or not swim a stroke, please note that in the Notes section. Please limit requests to 1 event. You may also indicate any other information you think the coaches should know.
• Click on Red Save Entries button to finalize your selections

Please text Head Swim Coach Tate Wichman at 913-291-9006 immediately if your child is signed up to attend, but will not be able to make it due to illness or unforeseen circumstance.

DIVE MEETS
To declare a diver for meets, please do the following: Login to your account (upper right corner) https://hallbrookhurricanes.swimtopia.com

• Click on Calendar and scroll down to the Dive Meet for which you would like to declare attendance. There are four that you must complete.
• NOTE - Make sure you are selecting the Dive Meet and not the Swim Meet
• Click on the Green RSVP button to the right of the event
  You should see your children’s name/s. You will then click the button for attending or not attending.
• Click on Red Save button to finalize your selections

Please text Dive Coach, Caroline Knopke 913-669-8304 immediately if your child is signed up to attend, but will not be able to make it due to illness or unforeseen circumstance.

SWIM AND DIVE
If your child does both swim and dive, only declare attendance for dive in the Dive Meet, Session 1. Declare attendance for swim in the Swim Meet, Session 2
